As a barista experimenting with all sorts of blends and single origin beans, drinking coffee from as many different cafe's as possible and forever on the search for what I thought was the perfect cup, I became frustrated with lots of things about coffee buying and coffee making.

I started roasting from home on a tiny machine and quickly worked out which origins I liked and more importantly which ones my friends liked.  Those friends and a small, local farmers market convinced me to start selling roasted coffee. 

Each element of the whole package - from the flavour of the cafe blend, zero waste packaging, weekly delivery and barista up-skilling are all responses to what we think serious coffee drinkers are looking for.  

I absolutely love the sense of community and passion for the perfect cup that we share with all our customers.
